Amy Adams in full Amy Lou Adams (born on 20th August 1974 Aviano Italy) American actress, particularly acclaimed for her critically acclaimed performances of naive and charming characters. Adams began her career as a child of seven in Castle Rock Colorado. Then, in the latter part of 1990s, she began professional dance and acting at Boulder's Dinner Theatre and Country Dinner Playhouse. Then she moved to the regional theater in Minnesota which was where she got her first role in a mock documentary film on beauty contests called Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999). Following her successful screen debut, in which she played an annoying but pleasant contestant, Janet relocating to Los Angeles where she began an acting career professionally. The husband of her Tony Curtis was her partner from June 1950 to September 1992. Her children included, Kelly Curtis as well as Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was found by actress Norma Shearer and was offered a contract to work for MGM during the 1940s. The actress portrayed Norma in several popular films throughout time, like Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho in 1960, and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film released in 1954.
