Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on 30 January 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. In the age of thirteen, Richard moved his family from Nebraska to Casper which was where his dad worked as the director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
